My first camera was a Kodak Brownie that I purchased with a $5.00 bill that I found at the age of 12 (69 years ago, so no digital then). My first black and white photos were of the Steinhardt Museum in San Francisco and later the Kon Tiki, Thor Heyerdahl's sailing raft. Needless to say I was hooked.I joined the Air Force in 1960 and traveled throughout Asia. Even after retiring from the Air Force I was still in and out of Asia and Hawaii.
